Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Higher Education domain expertise to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for academic institutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS), academic structures, student lifecycle management, and Salesforce architecture.
This role will be responsible for translating institutional requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership across architecture, integration, data migration, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design
· Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations within Higher Education institutions.
· Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with institutional goals and enterprise architecture standards.
· Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, security models, and data governance frameworks.
· Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical design documentation.
· Required Experience
o 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3–5 years in an Architect role.
o Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within Higher Education institutions.
o Hands-on experience with Academic Structures and Student Information Systems.
o Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs in universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
o Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Pay: ₹509,879.00 - ₹1,298,899.00 per year
