Apart from configuration candidate should be good in customization which includes Apex, Aura and LWC Framework, SF Security configurations(Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Record level sharing mechanism)

Good to have cross platform integration experience

Implementing SSO, Encryption, Auth. Providers and Authorization protocols
