Position: Pickleball Coach
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and professional Pickleball Coach to conduct high-quality training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct structured pickleball coaching sessions for individuals and groups.
- Teach fundamental techniques including grip, serve, return, dinking, volleys, drives, drops, footwork, and positioning.
- Develop players' tactical understanding, match strategy, fitness, and game awareness.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and support tournaments events.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safe handling of sports equipment and facilities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, disciplined, and motivating training environment.
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and academy management.
- Stay updated with pickleball rules, coaching techniques, and developments in the sport.Qualifications & Requirements
- Pickleball coaching certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
- Passion for sports, fitness, and player development.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and energetic.
- Relevant sports/physical education qualification is an advantage.
