Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build a good relationship with customers and provide excellent service.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Previous experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales / Customer Service is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and convincing skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
