- Coordinate smooth and timely vehicle delivery process for customers
- Ensure all delivery documentation and registration formalities are completed accurately
- Coordinate with sales, insurance, finance, and accessories departments before vehicle delivery
- Schedule vehicle deliveries and maintain delivery status records
- Explain vehicle features and delivery procedures to customers professionally
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, PDI completion, and proper delivery presentation standards
- Maintain customer satisfaction during the vehicle handover process
- Coordinate with RTO and internal departments for delivery-related activities
- Good communication, coordination, and customer handling skills required
- Basic computer knowledge and dealership process understanding preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
