Key Roles:
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
- Coordinate with Fabrication, Machine Shop, Polishing, Planning, QA, and Dispatch teams.
- Achieve production targets and ensure smooth material flow.
- Monitor quality issues (NCR, PCRN, FAT) and implement CAPA.
- Analyze production losses, downtime, and drive Kaizen & 5S improvements
Skills:
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Mechanical Drawing Reading
- Welding, Fitting & Manufacturing Processes
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA
- Quality Management
- 5S, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement
Preferred Candidate:
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in fabrication
