Job Title: Human Resource Executive Role
Summary
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations while supporting organizational growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee onboarding and induction programs
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal processes and documentation
- Ensure proper exit formalities including clearance and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Salary Range (India – Approx.)
