Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple levels, from junior to senior positions
Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently within deadlines
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri and Monster
Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for talent sourcing
Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely closures
Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in bulk hiring and corporate recruitment
Good sourcing skills with portal and social media expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
