We’re hiring 2 Talent Acquisition Associates to join our hiring team.
What You’ll Do
· End-to-End Account Engagement: Take ownership of client mandates—from dissecting job requisitions to managing candidate pipelines and facilitating final placements.
· Proactive Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Leverage LinkedIn, social impact network platforms, and internal talent pools to map and source high-potential impact sector talent.
· In-Depth Screening & Vetting: Conduct detailed screening conversations to assess candidates for mission alignment, functional competency, salary expectations, notice periods, and retention fit.
· Client & Candidate Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular pipeline updates, coordinate interview logistics, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
· Event Coordination & Ecosystem Engagement: Manage end-to-end communication and logistics for career fairs, candidate webinars/Masterclasses, and sector networking events.
· Database & Knowledge Management: Maintain, curate, and optimize our talent database across specialized development sector profiles.
· Process Leadership: Mentor junior team members, identify bottlenecks in candidate flow, and recommend tactical improvements to enhance search efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
· Education: Graduate in any discipline (Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing or related fields preferred).
· Experience: 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, agency talent sourcing, or talent operations.
· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms).
· High Ownership: Proven track record of managing candidates across the full lifecycle—from initial reach-out through post-offer follow-up.
· Ecosystem Understanding: High empathy and patience required to navigate the resource and operational constraints unique to NGOs and social enterprises.
Nice to have: Prior experience hiring for NGOs, startups, or education/social sector.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
