Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to assist candidates/examiners with their queries.
- Resolve issues related to assessments, technical concerns, scheduling, and general support.
- Conduct Google Meet sessions to guide candidates/examiners and provide step-by-step assistance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, and issue resolutions.
- Provide clear and professional communication while handling queries.
- Ensure a positive support experience and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Microsoft Office, and computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and handle queries efficiently.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
