Maintaining Facility team (Housekeeping Team. Technical Team. Security Team. Transport Team)
Maintaining Check List / meeting schedule / Cleaning / Employee requirement,
Checking and certifying vendor bills, coordinating with Accounts Dept for Account Payables,
Maintaining attendance, leave records of the facility team employees, submitting payroll details,
Coordinating with Finance & Sales department on Accounts Receivables and follow up,
Office Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security’s and other responsibilities,
Carrying out regular site audits and inspections to identify any areas that need repairing.
Organizing the security and general administrative services of the building.
Conducting regular facility audits for safety and compliance.
Providing feedback, training, and guidance to junior staff & Supervisors.
Coordinating and facilitating work flow.
Handling day to day Facility & Manpower Management.
Providing feedback & training about Work & Cleaning chemical (Taski Chemicals dish wash Chemical).
Daily audit of cleaning activities in the campus and follow up for closure for open points.
Monthly review of HK machinery usage.
Handling day to day Facility & Manpower Management.
Monitored day to day operations, security, events, installation and sale activity.
