Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide prospective learners in selecting suitable academic programs and support them throughout the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on available courses and learning pathways.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Guide students through the admission and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal academic and support teams.
- Provide continuous learner support and assistance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in education counseling , academic advising, student support, or a related field will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
