Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to handle client meetings and business discussions independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also be considered.
