About the Position
The role involves managing student enquiries, counseling prospective candidates about teacher training programs, and driving admissions through consistent follow-ups and communication.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through calls and follow-ups
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain daily follow-up records and CRM updates
- Build strong rapport with students and parents
- Work towards monthly sales and admission targets
- Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Positive attitude with target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage leads and follow-up schedules efficiently
- EdTech or education industry experience is an added advantage
- Freshers with confidence and good communication can also apply
