V H REALTORS PVT LTD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee villa construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential building execution, structural work, and finishing stages. You will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all civil works related to villa construction including excavation, foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety norms at every stage.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project management teams.
- Estimate materials, manage resources, and prevent wastage.
- Conduct quality checks during each phase of construction.
- Supervise finishing activities such as tiling, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in individual villa or residential building projects.
- Strong understanding of structural and finishing works.
- Proficient in reading and executing architectural and structural plans.
- Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and construction management tools.
Work Environment:
- On-site role at villa construction projects.
- May involve working extended hours to meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
