We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle visitors and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
- Handle basic data entry and maintain attendance or visitor logs.
- Assist in office coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks.
