Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting
The BI Operational & Support Services Associate will support GCPO by delivering accurate workforce analytics, operational reporting and automation solutions. The role will include analyzing data, developing Power BI dashboards, maintain SharePoint trackers, support procurement-related follow-ups, and improving manual processes through automation. This position will help ensure reliable leadership reporting, stronger operational continuity, improved procurement visibility, and faster data-driven decision-making.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the BI Operational & Support Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Consolidating, validating, and analyzing workforce, operational, and procurement data across GCPO sectors and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visual summaries for leadership
- Maintaining data definitions, validating inputs, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting reporting logic to improve confidence in recurring reports and reduce manual errors
- Tracking procurement-related activities and coordinating with stakeholders to keep procurement trackers accurate for staffing model analysis and reporting needs
- Building or supporting automation using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools to improve turnaround time, accuracy, and process consistency
- Maintaining SharePoint trackers, lists, libraries, and site content while partnering with leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support reporting continuity
The team
The BI Operational & Support Services team supports GCPO through workforce analytics, operational reporting, procurement visibility, and process automation. The team works with leaders, program managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, operational continuity, and decision-making. The team also helps translate business needs into practical dashboards, trackers, and reporting solutions.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, analytics, information systems, economics, or operations; Master of Business Administration preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, data analytics, procurement, purchasing, or operational support
- Experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, or visual summaries using Power BI
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook or Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience validating data, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting reporting logic, process steps, or tracker definitions
- Experience supporting procurement or purchasing processes, including tracking, approvals, stakeholder coordination, and operational follow-up
Preferred:
- Experience automating reporting or operational workflows using Power Automate, Excel automation, or SharePoint-based solutions
- Experience supporting workforce analytics, spend analysis, quote review, or leadership reporting
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools with review and validation practices
- Power BI certification
