We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Fresher to join our clinical research team at Innovative Pro-Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for life science graduates who want to start their career in clinical trials and clinical research operations.
The candidate will be trained and involved in monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and supporting trial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring clinical trials as per study protocol, SOPs, and GCP guidelines
- Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and documentation
- Verify source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams
- Report protocol deviations, adverse events, and safety issues
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and study-related documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related field
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
