Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, development, maintenance, and operational efficiency of all company infrastructure across showrooms, workshops, warehouses, offices, and support facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with OEM standards while supporting business operations and expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Facility Management
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of company buildings, showrooms, workshops, warehouses, and office premises.
- Ensure all facilities meet OEM standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for infrastructure assets.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, DG sets, elevators, and utility systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
Project Management
- Plan and execute new showroom, workshop, office, and warehouse setup projects.
- Coordinate renovation, expansion, and refurbishment activities.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and resource utilization.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage contractors, suppliers, and facility management service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Asset & Utility Management
- Maintain records of infrastructure assets and facility equipment.
- Monitor utility consumption, including electricity, water, diesel, and fuel.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization measures.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential infrastructure services.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, environmental guidelines, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Coordinate fire safety audits, equipment inspections, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Ensure all statutory licenses, certifications, and approvals are current.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare annual infrastructure and maintenance budgets.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
- Submit periodic MIS reports on maintenance, projects, asset utilization, and compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and infrastructure management.
- Experience in civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems.
- Project planning and execution skills.

- Knowledge of workplace safety and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or certification in Facility Management or Project Management is an advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure, facilities, or project management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Experience managing multi-location facilities is preferred.

- Knowledge of green building practices and sustainability initiatives.
- Understanding of statutory approvals, fire safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
