Business Development:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to grow our B2B network and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, and capable of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders
- Generate and qualify potential leads
- Present and explain the product catalogue to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Close B2B deals effectively
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM / Excel
- Consistent follow-ups until deal closure
Monthly Targets
- Minimum 15+ new outreach connections per month
- Regular follow-ups with prospects
- Achieve qualified leads and successful conversions
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Tamil & English)
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation ability
- Confidence in client interaction
- Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B sales or field sales
- Experience working with architects/interior designers
