Job Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural planning, design development, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Develop 3D models and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project execution.
- Support senior architects in design and project management tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of municipal by-laws and approval drawings.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with Revit will be an added advantage.
