We are looking for energetic and responsible Agriculture Assistants to work closely with farmers in the Ramcharani area. This is a field-based role where you will support farmers, promote agricultural products and services, and help strengthen our local farming network.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit farmers in assigned villages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
- Explain agricultural products, schemes, and farming solutions.
- Assist in farmer registration and documentation.
- Conduct field surveys and submit daily reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors to achieve field targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Assamese/Bodo/Hindi.
- Comfortable travelling within villages.
- Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, GPS, forms).
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Experience in agriculture, sales, or field work is an advantage but not mandatory.
