Job Role: International Customer Service & Renewals
Experience: Recent International Customer Service / International Voice Process Experience Mandatory
Eligibility: 10th / 12th Pass
Excellent English Communication Mandatory
Age: 21–37 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 In-Hand
Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per shift
Mother Tongue Required for Both Roles:
Gujarati | Bengali | Punjabi | Tamil | Telugu | Malayalam | Kannada
Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Working: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational offs
Location: Thane, Wagle estate, Mumbai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
VIP International Service & Renewals
- Handle VIP customers from international markets
- Manage service-related queries and membership renewals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Provide effective resolutions and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
