Role Description The Computer System Validation Trainer will deliver structured, on-site training programs in Hyderabad, focusing on regulatory-compliant computer system validation concepts and practices for clinical research and related domains. This full-time role involves designing and updating training curricula, preparing training materials, conducting live classroom sessions, and leading hands-on exercises to help learners understand validation life cycles, documentation standards, and industry guidelines. The trainer will assess learner performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to different experience levels. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other trainers to improve course content, contributing to soft-skills development initiatives, and staying current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to keep training content relevant.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret regulatory guidelines, validation documentation, and technical data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for delivering clear instruction, providing feedback, and engaging diverse groups of learners.
- Candidates should possess Training and Training & Development skills, including curriculum design, session planning, and learner assessment.
- Candidates with Military experience or exposure to highly regulated environments are encouraged to apply, as familiarity with structured procedures and compliance frameworks is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in computer system validation, GxP-regulated environments, or clinical research operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in CSV or quality systems are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive, learner-centered sessions and support soft-skills development.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating within a multidisciplinary training team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
