Position: Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's complete accounting, taxation, statutory compliance and banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle GST compliance and return filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other applicable returns.
- Handle complete TDS compliance, including TDS calculation, payment, quarterly return filing, Form 16/16A and reconciliation.
- Handle TCS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory returns and compliances.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory reconciliations.
- Handle complete banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque payments, fund transfers and bank-related work.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor bank transactions.
- Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, outstanding receivables and payables.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, cash and bank records.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, outstanding reports and other financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit and monthly/annual closing of accounts.
- Ensure timely payment and filing of all applicable statutory dues and returns.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for taxation and audit purposes.
Must-Have Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Must have practical experience in GST, TDS, TCS and statutory return filing.
- Must have experience in NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, banking transactions and bank reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in handling complete accounts independently.
- Experience in coordinating with CA, auditors, banks and tax consultants.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing/trading companies will be preferred.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
