Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations professional for our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee records, payroll support, attendance management, statutory compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, and site HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations for corporate office and project sites.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and manpower data.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Maintain employee files, HRMIS records, and confidential HR documents.
- Coordinate with project/site teams regarding workforce management and employee issues.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple construction sites and workforce records.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 2–8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in construction or infrastructure industry.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce and site employees.
- Knowledge of contractor labour management.
- Familiarity with PF, ESIC, payroll, and compliance processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
