About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to MEP projects, electrical and mechanical systems, project execution, site coordination, and quality & safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of electrical and mechanical projects.
Support site engineers in installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.
Participate in inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project records.
Learn and implement company processes and engineering best practices.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work at project sites.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of MS Office. AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Fresh graduates with B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong academic background and a positive attitude.
Willing to relocate and work on project sites in Mumbai and other locations as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
