Required Qualidication -
Master of Public Health (MPH) – Mandatory -
Background in Community Medicine preferred
The Program Manager will lead the planning, implementation of the CHAITANYA Program. The role requires strong public health knowledge, field coordination experience, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Program Planning & Implementation
- Develop micro-plans and implementation strategies - Oversee community screening, health camps - Ensure integration of digital tools and Health ATM kits
Ø Team Management & Capacity Building
- Supervise field staff and health workers - Conduct training sessions - Ensure adherence to SOPs
Ø Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track program indicators - Conduct field monitoring visits - Ensure data quality and reporting
Ø Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee digital data systems - Analyze data trends - Prepare reports
- Manage financial data for program
Ø Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with government and NGOs - Coordinate with tech partners - Community engagement
Ø Logistic Support
- Plan all logistic activities for program
Ø Research & Documentation
- Support research activities - Prepare reports/publications - Document best practices
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
