Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Android Application Developer who can build high-performance native Android applications and work closely with AI, IoT, and hardware teams to develop next-generation assistive technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain native Android applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML models into Android applications.
- Connect Android apps with IoT devices using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, BLE, NFC, USB, or serial communication.
- Collaborate with embedded, firmware, hardware, and cloud teams.
- Optimize application performance, battery usage, and security.
- Debug, test, and deploy applications on the Google Play Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Android, AI, and IoT technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Native Android Development (Java/Kotlin).
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, MVVM, REST APIs, and Firebase.
- Understanding of AI/ML integration (TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, ONNX, or similar).
- Knowledge of API integration and cloud services.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IoT devices and sensor integration.
- Understanding of embedded systems and hardware communication.
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), UART, MQTT, or USB communication.
- Knowledge of computer vision or speech AI is an advantage.
