Position – Project Manager (Civil)
The Project Manager (Civil) is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing civil engineering and construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using project management tools.
- Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Track expenses and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental standards at project sites.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Additional certification in Project Management is desirable.
- Experience in construction project execution, infrastructure development, or campus development projects.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Experience : 10–15+ years of experience in high-rise building construction
