Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student enquiries through calls, email, and other communication platforms
- Explain course-related information, schedules, and admission procedures clearly
- Guide students through documentation and enrollment formalities
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain updated enquiry records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission-related communication
- Support students and guardians by addressing general admission-related queries
- Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up updates
- Ensure professional and timely communication with prospective applicants

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and communication etiquette
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, and data entry)
- Organized and process-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in counselling, customer support, admissions, or telecalling is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
