Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end client engagement, from initial requirement analysis to proposal presentation and successful onboarding.
· Drive business acquisition and lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other outreach strategies.
· Conduct market research, develop outreach strategies, and optimize CRM systems to enhance client acquisition and retention.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
· Maintain and grow relationships with small, medium, and enterprise clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.
· Balance multiple priorities and projects, demonstrating strong adaptability, multitasking, and time management skills.
· Provide freelance consulting services for small and enterprise clients, balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Master’s degree in International Business
· Strong experience in business development, client engagement, and IT consulting.
· Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, LeadSquared) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with international client acquisition and managing global accounts.
· Background in strategic outreach and business development for both small and enterprise clients.
· Prior experience balancing consulting projects with other professional or personal responsibilities, demonstrating adaptability.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in tech or IT services)
· Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholder
