We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager who will be responsible for hiring and managing service partners, handling local field work, coordinating daily operations, and supporting on-ground brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:Service Partner Management
- Hire, onboard, and train local service professionals (cleaners, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
- Maintain good relationship with partners and ensure discipline and quality
- Track performance and availability of partners
Daily Operations
- Monitor and manage all service bookings
- Resolve customer or service-related issues on time
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and service partners
- Visit service locations when needed for checks or urgent issues
Field Marketing & Growth Support
- Distribute flyers or coordinate small local promotions
- Collect customer feedback, reviews, and photos from field
- Support in growing customer base in local area through basic offline methods
Reporting & Coordination
- Keep daily/weekly reports of service flow and issues
- Coordinate with central team for service updates or issues

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
