Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to manage the complete
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while also handling client coordination for hiring
requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and
closing positions across various levels, along with hands-on experience in HRMS tools and
client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening,interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Understand and analyze client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidateswithin defined timelines.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clients for all recruitment-relatedactivities.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels(job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.).
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to define job specifications and expectations.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary offers and handle offer rollouts and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update recruitment data in HRMS/ATS systems.
- Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS tools (such as Pocket HRMS, Zoho People,SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, etc.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling multiple clients or bulk hiring.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting.
