Job Overview
We are hiring a QA Executive with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing. The candidate should be familiar with quality assurance processes, GMP compliance, documentation, and batch review to ensure high-quality product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily Quality Assurance activities in the formulation manufacturing area.
- Review batch manufacturing records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks.
- Support investigations related to deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality policies.
- Participate in internal audits and assist during regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain QA records and ensure timely completion of quality documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
- 4–5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing company.
- Good understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and quality systems.
- Experience in handling batch documentation and manufacturing compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of investigations, deviations, CAPA, and Change Control.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
