Job Description (JD)
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Collections & Recovery Team. Candidates will be responsible for handling outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and payment reminders for NBFC/business loan portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments
- Follow up with customers for payment collection and settlements
- Explain repayment options and resolve customer queries
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/collection targets
- Build professional communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
