Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or appropriate guidance.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and support processes.
- Contribute to improving customer support processes and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0–1 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced support environment.
- Knowledge of helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
- Experience with chat and email support platforms.
