NOTE: During this internship, students will have the opportunity to work closely with any of the above-mentioned business teams, understand the insurance ecosystem, and contribute to live projects that create real impact by applying their strong analytical skills.
What’s this program about?
This program is designed to groom future leaders (that’s you!) through real-world problem solving, live business cases, and a whole lot of learning by doing.

You won’t just sit through PPTs. We want you to:
- Learn all operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase of business and collaborate with other teams to meet the company objectives.
- Learn from live cases and business development opportunities.
- Set and achieve impactful goals with the guidance of experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple departments within the company on pricing, system validations, underwriting, portfolio monitoring and transformation.
- Manage diverse portfolios to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to additional organizational initiatives as assigned.
Key Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics.
- Preferably an engineering background (any branch).
- Strategic decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong coding skills with proficiency in writing efficient, scalable, and well-structured code.
Behavioral Traits:
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability to evolve data sources and regulatory environments.
- Attention to detail and accountability in high-impact decisions.
