Position Overview
Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) for our project site in Nashik, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating project activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise construction activities on behalf of the client under PMC assignments.
- Ensure project execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards.
- Review contractor work progress and verify achievement of project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Verify measurements, quantities, contractor bills, and work completion reports.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays and risks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for smooth project implementation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and project status updates.
- Review and maintain project documentation, site records, and compliance reports.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist in project planning, resource monitoring, and project review meetings.
- Support dispute resolution and technical clarifications related to project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Experience in site supervision, project execution, and contractor coordination is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
