Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations Act as the administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC ensuring data integrity system performance and compliance with privacy regulations
Campaign Management Develop execute and monitor automated multichannel marketing campaigns email SMS push notifications using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Data Segmentation Personalization Manage customer data segment audiences and implement personalization strategies using AMPScript and SQL
Integration Technical Support Collaborate with ITSales teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM Salesforce Core and other thirdparty tools via APIs
Analytics Optimization Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights reports and recommendations for improving engagement rates
