Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer
Job Summary
Green Worms is looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging and practical training programs for factory employees, drivers, Haritha Karma Sena and field teams. The trainer will support employee development by improving communication, teamwork, workplace behavior, professionalism, safety awareness, and overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct soft skills and behavioral training programs for employees across various departments.
- Deliver training on communication skills, teamwork, workplace etiquette, discipline, professional behavior, and grooming standards.
- Facilitate sessions on workplace safety, time management, stress management, motivation, and employee engagement.
- Organize interactive learning activities including role plays, group discussions, practical exercises, and mock drills.
- Identify training needs based on operational requirements and employee performance.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to plan and execute training schedules.
- Visit operational locations and workplaces for on-site training sessions when required.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
- Maintain training records and employee development documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in training blue-collar and white-collar employees preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage group training sessions effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala as required.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and employee engagement techniques is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
