Role Summary: We are seeking a data-driven, creative Design Manager to lead the visual direction and user experience of our e-commerce platform. You will serve as the bridge between our Marketing and Development teams, ensuring that every design decision not only strengthens our brand identity but also drives measurable business results. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from conceptualizing branding and graphic assets to prototyping high-fidelity interfaces in Figma and ensuring seamless hand-off to our developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the evolution of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints (website, email, social, ads).
- Conversion-First Design: Translate marketing objectives into intuitive, high-converting web layouts. Use analytics (e.g., heatmaps, bounce rates, session recordings) to identify friction points and propose design solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Development. Create and maintain a unified Design System in Figma that facilitates efficient development hand-off and ensures pixel-perfect execution.
- Asset Management: Oversee the creation of all graphic assets, ensuring they are optimized for web performance without compromising on luxury aesthetics.
- Iterative Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing on site components (CTAs, banners, checkout flow) and lead the team in optimizing the user journey.
- Responsive & Cross-Device Experience: Design and validate responsive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring a consistent and optimized shopping experience across all screen sizes. Prioritize mobile-first design principles, considering touch interactions, loading performance, and usability.
- Cross-Device Performance: Cross-Device UX Optimization Improve mobile conversion rate and reduce mobile bounce rate through optimized responsive design
Must-Have Requirements:
- Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma (component-based design, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to interpret data (Google Analytics/Search Console) to justify design changes.
- Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of the "Dev-Handoff" process. You don't need to code, but you must know how your designs translate into CSS/HTML.
- Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-end digital design, e-commerce conversion success, and brand storytelling.
- UI analytics - microsoft clarity, Hotjar, expertise into Heat map analysis, user journey experience etc.

1 - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Improve the site-wide conversion rate by a defined % through UI/UX refinements.
2-Design System Maturity - Establish and maintain a comprehensive Figma Design System to reduce development time by minimum 30%.
3-Cross-Team Velocity- Reduce the "Design-to-Development" hand-off time and decrease the need for back-and-forth revisions.
4-Brand Consistency - Maintain 100% adherence to brand guidelines across all web pages and marketing assets.
5-Asset Performance -Improve page load performance (Core Web Vitals) through optimized graphic asset management.
