- Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with departments
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Coordinate meetings and prepare schedules
- Handle office supplies and vendor coordination
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and communication
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Update employee database and HR documents
- Support payroll and employee documentation process
- Assist in employee engagement activities
