Job Summary
We are hiring Field Recovery Executives to manage assigned delinquent credit card and financial portfolios through on-ground customer engagement.
This role involves customer visits, payment negotiations, recovery coordination, and account resolution while ensuring strict compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customer residential and business locations across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
- Manage assigned recovery portfolios and prioritize accounts effectively.
- Interact with customers to understand payment concerns and negotiate repayment solutions.
- Facilitate payment collection through approved channels.
- Ensure proper documentation and issuance of payment acknowledgements.
- Perform customer tracing and location verification where required.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate visit records and recovery status.
- Submit daily activity and collection reports.
- Follow company recovery policies, RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices.
- Maintain professional customer interactions at all times.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in:
- Field Collections
- Debt Recovery
- Credit Card Collections
- Banking Collections
- Unsecured Loan Recovery
- Financial Services
Mandatory Qualifications
- Active IIBF Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certification
- Valid DRA ID (required during field operations)
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Personal vehicle required
