Immediate requirement for Admission Counselor (Study Abroad).
Responsibilities:
1. Contacting the students and guiding the desired destination details
2. Maintaining the proper data record in the system
3. Effective counselling and increase the conversions of leads as admissions
4. Making outbound calls and also able to handle the inbound calls
5. Maintain a good relationship with the students
6. Keep a record of all the client records and business activities
7. Work closely with the team for the complete and successful processing of the student applications - end-to-end support.
Qualification:
High School or More
Skills:
1. Good communication skills
2. Ability to conduct phone interview with students
Languages: Open.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Counselling role. Freshers with willingness to learn will be considered too.
