Back Office Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Back Office Sales Coordinator from the FMCG industry to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, vendors, and customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and timely execution.
- Handle B2B price negotiations with distributors, dealers, and vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth procurement coordination.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales documentation.
- Track orders, deliveries, and inventory updates.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve customer and vendor queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in B2B price negotiation.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and sales coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
