Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Higher salary may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and expertise.)

Job Summary
Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Leather Sourcing & Quality Executive / Manager to manage leather sourcing, tannery coordination, quality inspection, and timely procurement of leather for manufacturing leather bags, wallets, belts, and small leather goods (SLG).
The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge of leather quality, leather grading, tanning processes, and tannery operations, along with the ability to independently coordinate with tanneries and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure leather from approved tanneries and suppliers.
- Coordinate with tanneries regarding developments, quality approvals, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct leather quality inspections and approve/reject leather lots as per company standards.
- Monitor leather grading, selection, thickness, colour, softness, grain, finish, and defect levels.
- Ensure timely availability of approved leather for sampling and bulk production.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, Stores, and Quality teams.
- Maintain procurement records, inspection reports, and supplier performance data.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of leather types, leather grading, and quality standards.
✔ Practical experience in leather inspection and quality approval.
✔ Good understanding of tanning and finishing processes.
✔ Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP preferred).
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma / Degree in Leather Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Executive Level: 2–5 years
- Manager Level: 5–10 years
