Job Responsibilities:
You own scenes end to end -from script beat to finished sequence -directing AI generation the way a director works with a crew. You think in shots, continuity, and edit rhythm, and you make the tools serve the story.
What you'll do
- Break down scripts and beat sheets into generation-ready shot lists, with camera, blocking, and continuity notes.
- Own shots from keyframe → motion → assembly across Seedance, Kling, Runway, Veo, Higgsfield, GPT Image 2 -iterating prompts and references until the shot lands.
- Enforce continuity discipline: character and asset reference-lock, palette codes, 180-degree axis compliance, and consistent lighting grammar across a sequence.
- Cut and assemble sequences with story sense and pacing; place seams and b-roll intelligently to mask model drift and avatar inconsistency.
- Collaborate with editors, sound, music, and the R&D team to ship complete, festival- and OTT-grade pieces.
- Work across the studio's slate -originals, commissioned films, festival shorts, and AI VFX briefs.
What we're looking for
- Genuine command of film grammar: continuity, coverage, edit rhythm, composition, and pacing.
- Hands-on experience with at least two AI video/image tools, and the appetite to master the rest.
- A reel or portfolio showing complete sequences -not one-off clips -where continuity and story are visibly under control.
- Comfort with an editing suite (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

- A storytelling sensibility.
- Experience shipping a piece all the way to a festival submission or a platform release.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
