We are seeking experienced and passionate Technical Trainers with prior experience in the EdTech or IT training sector. As a Technical Trainer at Nschool Academy, you will play a vital role in mentoring students, delivering hands-on instruction, and helping shape the next generation of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person technical training sessions in your domain with clarity and confidence.
- Create a student-focused, interactive classroom environment.
- Guide students through real-time projects and hands-on labs.
- Continuously improve course content to align with current industry trends.
- Assess student performance through assignments, code reviews, and mock interviews.
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance throughout the learning journey.
- Work collaboratively with the academic and placement teams to ensure student success.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in your domain.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching/training in the EdTech or IT sector.
- Proficiency in the relevant tech stack (MERN, MEAN, Python, Java, etc.).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
