Role Description The Finance Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of Avyom Finance's loan and financial products to individual and business customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the application process to ensure smooth approvals and disbursements. The role involves maintaining regular communication with prospects and existing clients, resolving queries, and providing customer-focused support. The Finance Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams and banking partners, update records in CRM or tracking tools, and work toward achieving sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Services, including loan products and basic credit concepts.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain solutions clearly, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with good time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial distribution is an advantage. Proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, online communication platforms).
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
